WOW! Thank you so much for booking your event at The Party Zone! This page will explain to you what to expect, what you need to do and (hopefully) answer any questions you have. If you have any questions that were not answered by this page, please contact us!

What to Expect

  • Included in Your Package:

    • Tables and 30 chairs
    • Inflatable of your choice
    • Padded floor play area
    • Indoor games and arcade
    • Concession of choice for 25 servings
  • Additional Items:
    If you’ve requested extras, such as additional servings, they’ll be ready for your event.


What You Need to Do

  1. Arrival Time:
    You are guaranteed the time slot that you selected when you booked. Your invoice will reflect your actual party time that was selected when you booked your party in CENTRAL STANDARD TIME ZONE. You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to begin decorating. For example, if your party time is 2-4, you may arrive at 1:30 to start decorating! We ask that you not arrive early. Our venue can only accommodate one party at a time.

  2. Decorations:
    Feel free to bring decorations! Tape, command hooks, or other non-damaging materials are required. ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER.

  3. Clean-Up:

    • You will have 15 minutes following your party time to clean up. For example, if your party time is 2-4, you will have until 4:15 to clean up and vacate the party room. We’ll handle the major cleanup, but we kindly ask you to remove personal decorations, trash and any other items at the end of your time.
    • Trash bags will be provided for convenience.
    • In consideration of other party groups, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines - allowing for on-time transition from one party group to another. If you see that it will take more than 15 mins to clean up after your party, please time your cleanup accordingly and don't hesitate to ask your party room attendant for help!
  4. Supervision:

    • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
    • Our staff will assist with inflatables and safety but are not responsible for individual child supervision.
  5. Food:
    • You may bring your own food! We do not cook, prepare or sell any food other than the concessions that you selected when you booked.
    • We have a refrigerator and a small microwave on site for your convenience.
    • We do have a hand selected vendor list (below) that you may order food from and have delivered to our venue!
