Hart County Party Rentals receives a large number of donation requests each year. Giving back to the community that supports us is very important. We make every effort to help as many organizations as possible. Due to demand, we must apply consistent rules. These rules help us be fair and transparent to all organizations. 🤝❤️
Who we support
We support charitable causes and community events. To be considered, organizations must have non-profit (c)(3) IRS designation. This ensures donations support legitimate, tax-exempt programs. Only requests from qualifying organizations will be reviewed. 🏢✅
Submission requirements
- Submit your Donation Request at least 4 weeks before the event date. 🗓️

- All requests must be submitted only through our online donation request form (below). 🖥️
- To ensure fairness and consistency, these guidelines apply to all requests with no exceptions. ⚖️
What we cannot provide
Hart County Party Rentals is unable to provide certain types of support. Please do not request these items. 🚫
- Monetary donations.
- Purchase of program ads.
- Purchase of banquet tables.
- Sponsorship of individual sport teams.
- Other similar financial contributions.
How we evaluate requests
We use a consistent review process to allocate limited resources fairly. Because the volume is high, not every request can be granted. We prioritize requests that:
