Safety is our top priority. Our trained staff monitors the skating rink throughout your event, assists guests as needed, helps beginners with skate walkers, and manages rink capacity to ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience.
📋 Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth installation and a successful event, please review the following requirements before your rental:
✔️ Installation Area: The skating rink must be installed on a flat, hard, and level surface. If the installation area is uneven, a subfloor system may be required and is available for an additional fee.
✔️ Site Photos or Site Visit: Please provide clear photos of the installation area from multiple angles before your event. This allows our team to evaluate the site and prepare for any special setup requirements.
✔️ Access & Parking: Our crew will need clear access to the installation area, along with adequate parking for our truck and trailer during setup, throughout the event if needed, and during teardown.
✔️ Setup & Teardown Time: Please allow approximately 3 hours for installation and 2 hours for removal. If a subfloor is required, setup may take an additional 2 to 3 hours.
✔️ Utilities: The skating rink does not require electricity or water to operate. However, electrical service may be needed if your rental includes optional lighting, music, snow machines, skate sharpening, or other special effects.
✔️ Indoor Installations: Indoor venues must provide a minimum doorway clearance of 4 feet or an elevator capable of accommodating 8-foot equipment. Additional labor charges may apply if stairs or difficult access are involved.
✔️ Decorations: Holiday decorations and event décor are welcome. Any items attached to the rink or fencing must be approved by our team to help protect the equipment.
✔️ Insurance Requirements: If your venue requires proof of insurance, we are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the property owner or venue as an additional insured. Please provide all required information before the certificate is issued. Any requested changes after issuance may result in additional administrative fees.
